Unfortunately, the RAF has a reasonably low profile in the minds of most of its potential recruits. Historically they struggle to see themselves as part of the RAF because it is seen as an unattainable and faceless organisation. As broadcast comms can only do so much, we needed an effective long term content plan that unpacked what life in the RAF was like.

No Ordinary Job was a platform that brought specific roles to life in a way that depicts more than just a 9-5 with the intention to appeal to previously hard to reach audiences such as Women and BAME groups. The Media plan was to aim squarely at their personal devices including VOD, Trueview and Facebook canvas.
