MY SKY
The Sky Service App was due to an update. Sky was looking for innovative ways to improve customer service and ultimately help minimise call centre costs. 90% of calls could easily be solved by taking a few simple steps.
The App focuses on two areas — account management and problem-solving. After a few workshops, we devised a navigation system that simplified the most common problems into easily navigable lists that took users onto the step by step solutions.
