GREEN OPS
The Royal Navy needed to recruit 49 Royal Marines Officers; our target was 2500 expressions of interest. We needed to engage a male-only audience who demonstrated a strong commitment to fitness with an ambitious outlook and who had never considered a military role before.
Green Ops was an interactive mission based on an actual tactical methodology that forced users to make the correct decisions within a time limit. Over 80,000 people played the experience in the first three months.
